To activate WhisperTyping, press and hold your hotkey on your keyboard while you are speaking. You can choose your hotkey in the welcome wizard or in the settings. Once you release these keys, the audio fragment will be sent to the server for analysis. The result of this analysis will then be typed out as if by a virtual keyboard, appearing wherever your cursor is at the time. By pressing your hotkey briefly you’ll enter toggle mode, so you don’t need to keep holding the hotkey while talking. Press your hold keys again to release.
If by accident you didn't place your cursor in a text field, the input of the virtual keyboard will be discarded. Hover over the whisper typing window and click on the copy icon in the left top corner to copy the last output to your clipboard and paste wherever you want. Alternatively you can use the repaste hotkey, which by default is set to ctrl+alt+v.
At this time, only the Windows operating systems is supported.
